What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional development teams.
- Plan, track, and manage projects using Jira and Confluence.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Communicate with stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals and priorities.
- Monitor timelines, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
What We Expect from You
- At least 3 years of experience in project or team management within IT.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern project tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical background or strong understanding of the software development lifecycle is a plus.
