What You Will Do
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on business value, impact, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure correct implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews) as Product Owner.
- Validate delivered features and accept/reject work based on acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics.
- Align product decisions with business objectives, timelines, and customer needs.
What We Expect from You
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in IT.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and Product Owner responsibilities.
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Analytical mindset with focus on product value and outcomes.
- Technical background or strong understanding of software development lifecycle is a plus.
